Medium Shrink Film

This mono-axially orinted co-polyester PET film has shrinkage of about 60% in transverse direction. This film is one side coated to have the slip effect. Both sides of the film are receptive to variety of inks and solvents. But, the non-coated side is recommended for printing. This product is specifically designed for the replacement of PVC shrink films.

TDS: This film is available in ( 40, 45, 50, 60, 70 microns ) thickness.

This film can be used for following applications
  • Full body sleeve in Food & Beverages
  • Shrink label in Personal care products & cosmetics
  • Suitable for containers like HDPE/PP & PET of various shapes and sizes.

High Shrink Film

This mono-axially oriented co-polyester PET film has shrinkage of more than 75% in Transverse direction. This film is one side coated to have the slip effect. Both sides of the film are receptive to variety of inks and solvents. But, the non-coated side is recommended for printing.

TDS: This film is available in ( 38, 40, 45, 50, 60, 70 microns ) thickness.

This film can be used for following applications
  • Full body sleeve in Food & Beverages
  • Shrink label in Personal care products & cosmetics
  • Suitable for containers like Tin Cans, Glass Bottles, Pet Bottles of various size and shapes
  • Suitable for steam tunnel application

Low Shrink Force Film

It is mono-axially oriented transparent co-polyester high shrink film with low shrink force to avoid smiling effect phenomenon. This is designed for thin wall containers of PP, LD, LDPE. Low shrink force of the film will help to avoid collapse or deformation of container after shrinking sleeve over it.

TDS: This film is available in ( 40, 45 , 50 micron ) thickness.

This film can be used for following applications
  • This film is specifically used for the labelling of thin walled containers & bottles.

Shrink Film With UV Optical Brightener

This co-polyester base shrink film has high shrinkage property and is UV traceable (identification and security). Such film are used as shrink labels for containers and bottles.

TDS:This film is available in ( 40, 45, 50, 60, 70 microns ) thickness.

This film can be used for following applications
  • Container labels with UV light traceability used in High-Speed Machines

UV Stabilized High Shrink Film

It is mono-axially oriented transparent, co-polyester high shrink film with one side chemically coated with UV stabilized film.

TDS: This film is available in ( 40, 45 , 50 micron ) thickness.

This film can be used for following applications
  • This film is mainly used in Dairy industry and Vitamin based beverages to protect them from UV rays.

Solid White Shrink Film

This mono-axially oriented solid white coloured co-polyester high shrink film has a shrinkage of more than 75% in Transverse direction. It is one-side coated for adhesion of UV inks. The Inherent whiteness of the film blocks the UV light and the near visible range to protect the contents of the package.

TDS: This film is available in ( 40, 45 , 50 micron ) thickness.

Pearl Float Film

This is PET-G based high yield, mono-axially oriented caviated shrink film. It is one side chemically coated with an appealing look of pearlised paper. This is floatable on water during the recycling process.

TDS: This film is available in ( 40, 45 , 50 micron ) thickness.

This film can be used for following applications
  • This film is used for outer sleeve wrapping & label applications of plastic bottles and containers, glasses, cans and cups of various shapes and sizes.

Lit Shrink Film

This mono-axially oriented co-polyester shrink film has high shrinkage at low temperature, helping in reducing the energy consumption.

TDS: This film is available in ( 40, 45, 48, 50 microns ) thickness.

This film can be used for following applications
  • Used in thermal sensitive thin-walled containers
  • Shrink label over containers in Cosmetics, Dairy products, Nutrient products and Medicine industry
  • Full body sleeve in Food & Beverages

Pcr Shrink Film

This is PET-G based mono-axially oriented transparent high shrink film with 30 and 50% PCR content. This film is one-side chemically coated. It has a shrinkage value of more than 75% in Transverse direction. The use of PCR in the material enables the reduction of carbon footprints of the product.

TDS: This film is available in ( 40, 45 , 48 & 50 micron ) thickness.

This film can be used for following applications
  • Shrink label

Shrink LS

It is mono-axially oriented transparent co-polyester high shrink film with slow shrinkage rate to avoid wrinkles issue on the HDPE/PP/PET thin-walled containers. This will also help to avoid collapse or deformation of container after shrinking sleeve over it.

TDS: This film is available in 40 and 45 microns thickness.
