Transparent Lidding Films

Garware’s Transparent Lidding films classified as below,

PS2 PRT – Peelable Sealable

This clear polyester lidding film is offline coated film on one side to enable sealable and easy peelable feature and other side having a print receptive primer.This is suitable for sealing food trays (CPET tray with APET layer).

TDS: This is available in 21& 25 microns.

Applications:
  • Ready to eat foods lidding, produce foods lidding, Poultry lidding etc.

PSAF – Peelable Sealable Antifog

This antifog polyester lidding film is offline coated film on one side to enable sealable and easy peelable feature and other side having a print receptive primer.This is suitable for sealing food trays (CPET tray with APET layer).

TDS: This is available in 21& 25 microns.

Applications:
  • Ready to eat foods lidding, produce foods lidding, Poultry lidding etc.

HSAF – Heat Sealable Antifog

This transparent polyester lidding film has antifog characteristics and has lock/dead seal feature. This is suitable for sealing food trays with APET & CPET tray with APET layer.

TDS: This is available in 20 & 30 microns.

Applications:
  • Ready to eat foods lidding, produce foods lidding, Poultry lidding etc.

UPSC – Universal Peelable Sealable Clear

This antifog polyester lidding film is offline coated film on one side to enable sealable and easy peelable feature and other side having a print receptive primer.This film exhibits good seal strength to almost all types of trays e.g. APET/CPET/PS/PP etc.

TDS:This is available in 25 & 38 microns.

Dairy Lidding Films

Garware’s Lidding films for Dairy products classified as below,

GARSEAL MET UVPR – Metalized Universal Lidding Film

This metalized polyester film is coated on one side with universal sealable peelable layer and is suitable for food trays sealing application. This is best alternative to conventional Alu-Foil based lids. This film exhibits good seal strength to almost all types of trays e.g. APET/CPET/PS/PP etc. This film also has UV ink receptive coating on other side for attractive brand imaging.

TDS:This is available in 38 & 55 microns.

Applications:
  • Yogurt lids
  • Confectionary lids
  • Any barrier lidding applications and other Dairy Product lids.

GARSEAL WO UVPR – White Opaque Universal Lidding Film

This White Opaque polyester film is coated on one side with universal sealable peelable layer and is suitable for food trays sealing application. This is best alternative to conventional Mix-Pap lids. This film exhibits good seal strength to almost all types of trays e.g. APET/CPET/PS/PP etc. This film also has UV ink receptive coating on other side for attractive brand imaging.

TDS:This is available in 38 & 50 microns.

This transparent Barrier polyester lidding film is an Alox Coated film on one side to enable sealable and easy peelable feature and other side having a print receptive primer.This is suitable for sealing food trays (CPET tray with APET layer).

TDS:This is available in 21& 25 microns.

Applications:
  • Ready to eat foods barrier lidding, produce foods barrier lidding, Poultry high barrier lidding etc.

GARESEAL – Resealable/Recloseble Lidding films

This transparent polyester lidding film laminate has antifog characteristics and has lock seal feature on the liner layer and Resealable feature on the top layer, which allows end user to open and seal the lid multiple times. This is suitable for sealing food trays with APET & CPET tray with APET layer.

TDS:This is available in 48 & 58 Microns

Applications:
  • Ready to eat foods barrier lidding, produce foods barrier lidding, Poultry high barrier lidding, Confectionaries lids and any Recloseble lids applications etc.
